Answer: If you are running any version of Windows please check your firewall settings or just turn the firewall off. This is the most likely solution. If this does not work check your anti-virus settings.

Answer: If you are having BUFFERING issues please CLICK HERE to view directions on how to fix them. Please attempt all possible solutions before contacting us as we are not physically there to see what computer issues you may be having. Also most buffering issues are caused by a very slow wireless connection on a laptop.

Answer: The username and passwords given to you when you join are case sensative and cannot be copy and pasted first time when you try to login. They need to be entered manually by you.
